1. Account and eligibility

You must provide accurate information during onboarding and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Subscription and billing

Your selected plan, setup fees, and recurring charges are described at checkout. Failure to pay may suspend access to paid features.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use UnitusTI in violation of applicable law or professional standards for clinical data.

4. Data and privacy

Clinical and organizational data you enter remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection obligations for your region.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
