This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you create a UnitusTI center through the marketplace.
Information we collect
- Account owner: name, email, phone, and authentication identifiers from your marketplace login.
- Center profile: center name, location, contact details, and optional homepage.
- Usage and billing: plan selection, payment status, and service logs needed to operate the platform.
How we use information
We use this data to provision your center, provide support, process billing, improve the service, and meet legal and security obligations.
Data location
Your chosen data region (US, CA, or EU) determines where your center’s primary clinical data is hosted, as described during onboarding.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with subprocessors and partners required to deliver the service, under appropriate agreements.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information subject to legal and contractual limits. Contact privacy@unitusti.com.

We may revise this policy. The version shown on this page applies to new acceptances during onboarding.
